  • Overview: Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina is a waterfront resort on the San Diego harbor. As part of its transformation, the resort will welcome four new concepts, including a Cali-Baja-inspired dining outlet, Brewery X craft beer pub, and Strada, a casual grab-and-go eatery. Cantoni Plumbing will remodel the Fitness Center to include all new fixtures, such as lavatories, faucets, and showers.

  • Overview: Construction is underway for Parkside Market on the west end of Downtown Disney in the heart of Anaheim. The new Parkside Market stage remains under construction as part of the ongoing reimaging of the shopping and dining district. The project includes a new state-of-the-art multi-story restaurant with all new kitchen equipment, a grease interceptor, and new restrooms.

  • Overview: Undergoing a two state-of-the-art 20,000 SF stages alongside office mills in an exclusive, gated environment. Second floor suited for office and/or post-production, plus a one of-a-kind 2,800 SF penthouse with rooftop patio that overlooks Griffith Park. Two buildings, 189,000 RSF adaptive reuse project located in Atwater Village in Los Angeles, CA. Plumbing includes several restrooms, new gas connections, and storm drain systems.

  • Overview: DSV logistics warehouse was a full TI project.  This 100,000 sqft warehouse has a 46-door loading dock and a 2-story office space. We built 4 sets of rest rooms, 6 break room sink areas, 3 janitor closets with water heaters, a driver's lounge, and a wash-out area with emergency eye wash in the warehouse.
